            Fair prices, decent install (although the automatic shades weren’t fully charged and we were told they didn’t need to be for a year), not so good customer service. Salesman said the automatic shades could be programmed to go up and down either together or individually, at pre-programmed times of the day.             Not impressed, this process started about a year ago, had a new door installed and wanted new blinds for the door, after the initial sales person visit, they came out and measured about 3 separate times. It took about 6 to 9 months for the blinds to finally show up, then when they did show up, one of the blinds did not fit, unbelievable. This was about 3 or 4 months ago, haven't heard anything since except its on order. They didn't hesitate to take out the 2nd half of payment though. I thoug... Read more

            Darrell came out and did my in-home assessment. He was professional, courteous and punctual! He provided several samples and ideas of how I could cover my windows. I wanted window coverings for various windows of different sizes, so it was a process to select the right fit.             I want to give a shout out to Jake and Domo for performing such a great installation for my sister this morning. They were courteous, professional, clean, and really took their time answering our questions and explaining how to properly work the remote and charger for the retractable shade.
