Not impressed, this process started about a year ago, had a new door installed and wanted new blinds for the door, after the initial sales person visit, they came out and measured about 3 separate times. It took about 6 to 9 months for the blinds to finally show up, then when they did show up, one of the blinds did not fit, unbelievable.
