I am utterly disgusted by the abhorrent level of service your company has provided to a hardworking individual. Charging $4000 for three blinds is outrageous in itself, but to then refuse to honor the warranty for blinds that have repeatedly malfunctioned is beyond comprehension.

UPDATE as of 6/27/24- if I could leave negative stars i would!!! Beyond disappointed here, it's really error after error with them and these blinds from China. One door was fixed like 2 weeks ago, one unit was still cut wrong and hasn't been replaced. We are moving on to another business to finish the job at this point and when we pushed for a partial refund for obvious reasons, we were completely ghosted by their leader Billy. Beltway Blinds is poorly run company. They completed part of my order, but cannot give me a straight answer on when the rest of my order will be delivered and installed. It's been 3 months. I asked them to cancel my order and they refused as they say the shutters are 'in 'production' and are being shipped from 'over seas'.
