            I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is nonexistent. I don’t care what you have going on that you can’t return numerous calls from a unsatisfied client. It’s been a little over a year and I still have yet to be 100% satisfied as their website ensures. I’ve threatened to leave a terrible review and still no call back, at this point I think we have a class-action lawsuit for false advertising.             Shaunette are you still in a meeting. Always the same excuse! Do I need lawyer? Will my job be complete with in a year. It’s not my fault you as my project manager is incompetent and ordered the wrong blinds for my master! I still need blinds in my sunroom too. I’m tired of calling you with no answer.             Buyer beware!!!. Our project has been incomplete since July. Shaunette is always in a meeting and never calls back. She is absolutely useless. Do not use this company. They will never call you back. If you have to get through to someone, select the automated option that you’re a new client seeking an estimate. Someone will pick up right away.

            We originally purchased our blinds during the pandemic. There was a problem with the installation on one of the blinds. We weren't sure if it was installed incorrectly or was a broken mechanism. At the time there was a several month wait for service, and you were not able to schedule this by phone, only through email request. We sent several email requests, never received a reply. We then had to move temporarily for work so we're unable to schedule until we returned. We again emailed the repair... Read more

            I wish I would’ve spent more time reading the reviews. We had a great experience with the salemsman, Tim, and installer, Jake, for two of the three shades that we ordered. They both exemplified exceptional customer service. However, I have had horrible customer service from others that I’ve spoken with.
