Buyer beware!!!. Our project has been incomplete since July. Shaunette is always in a meeting and never calls back. She is absolutely useless. Do not use this company. They will never call you back. If you have to get through to someone, select the automated option that you’re a new client seeking an estimate. Someone will pick up right away.

We originally purchased our blinds during the pandemic. There was a problem with the installation on one of the blinds. We weren't sure if it was installed incorrectly or was a broken mechanism. At the time there was a several month wait for service, and you were not able to schedule this by phone, only through email request. We sent several email requests, never received a reply. They came and did their big show. Once paid, the representative told me someone else would have to come out to re-measure because he was new. Already, I had to take off from work. And then they made an appointment FIVE weeks later. And refusing to cancel my order. Be careful they take your money and then have invalid reasons for needing to postpone the order again and again.
