            They came and did their big show. Once paid, the representative told me someone else would have to come out to re-measure because he was new. Already, I had to take off from work. And then they made an appointment FIVE weeks later. And refusing to cancel my order. Be careful they take your money and then have invalid reasons for needing to postpone the order again and again.

            I’ve purchased blinds from Beltway Blinds only to be disappointed with their customer service. Both times the measurements were off, this caused delays for both orders. The second order was significantly delayed and the manager was very nonchalant and wasn’t concerned that a returned customer order was delayed, I wasn’t notified by the company on when I should expect my order. No one called to apologize for the delay. I found the behavior to be subpar. I’m not saying the customer is always right... Read more

            I’ve had the worst experience with them ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve been waiting 2 months for my blinds to be installed. How as a salesperson you don’t know that a customer has not received their order. How as the sales person or company do you not know that a specific order is out of stock with the manufacturer and the delivery date is pushed back. Why is everything unknown? I DO NOT RECOMMEND
