I moved into my new home late July, did some research on where to get blinds from, seen Beltway Blinds rave reviews, scheduled a consultation with them that went great early August (outside of the first price I was quoted; still not sure why it first quoted around $9,000 then went down to about $5,400). The time frame for getting the blinds was much to long. Seller did not inform me of the discount if I refer there other customers. So I lost out on that discount, very disappointed. The final product was satisfactory however it took three times for the company to get the measurements correct-which in a word is ridiculous. This resulted in a significant delay to receiving our shutters. We inquired as to a partial reimbursement for the delay which was denied.
