            Had a consultation for blinds back in November. We decided to place an order and paid in full. We were told we would receive our blinds within 4-6 weeks. We finally had a tech come out yesterday to install to find out the measurements were done all wrong. We asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and have yet to hear from one yet.             Rarely do I write reviews, but I will today. Due to inclement weather my appointment has been rescheduled again. I respect this decision. The roads are not safe and no one should be out. What I am most upset about is the lack of customer quality and service after the purchase has been made. I spent a grand on an electric curtain.             Update: 9-19-24 I can’t do business with company with poor customer service. Please look at the photo they want to charge me $600 for that one window.
