Had a consultation for blinds back in November. We decided to place an order and paid in full. We were told we would receive our blinds within 4-6 weeks. We finally had a tech come out yesterday to install to find out the measurements were done all wrong. We asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and have yet to hear from one yet.
