            After installation i saw that a piece of the top of the blind was broken, some kind of connector. I called to see if i could get a new one. After a week i called back and they never answered and never returned my text. They pride themselves on customer service but I'm not impressed. I won't buy from them again.

            My SunSetter awning was installed three years ago. This summer, on its own, it reversed as it was retracted and ripped the fabric. We had to fight with Beltway blinds to honor the 10 year warranty they gave us. No one is ever available to answer the phone so most of the time we communicated through email with very little, and definitely not quick, response. After several months, we were told the fabric would be replaced at no cost, but there would be an installation fee and I cannot get an answe... Read more

            Ask for James! He arrived to the consultation on time, was very friendly and personable, and provided a comprehensive breakdown of the costs. He did the window measurements during the visit, so a second remeasuring appointment isn’t needed. He also had temp shades available to install on the spot. Great experience.

            Worst experience ever! The sales person literally told me whatever I wanted to hear and then when it came time to install I got subpar lines and it has taken me months to try to get someone on the phone to fix the hole they put in my wall, which is still there And half of the blinds don’t even work. I have emailed, I have called I’ve even mailed a letter and no one responds back to anything.
