Worst customer service ever !!! Can never reach their office directly, I have left 4 messages in the past day and a half and not one call back yet!!! They promised me that our blinds would be done by Nov 15th, they even made me sign off on the 3 day cancellation policy so they could order the blinds right away! All a fraud ! Terrible customer service! We spent more than 13k on the blinds. They told us it is lifetime warranty. However we have been trying to call them to fix one blind but they refuse to come out and fix it. Every time someone answers the phone and told us they will send people out to fix it. But it has been 6 months, the blind still doesn’t get fixed. This is not acceptable at all.
