I was informed by the installer that all of their blinds only come to the bottom of the window sill, however, I wanted my blinds about a foot longer then the window sill.             Made arrangements for a designer to come to show us product, take measurements and quote on window treatments for our boat. They called and texted the day before to confirm the appointment. Our boat is a 1-1/2 hour drive from our home so we went the night before to be sure we would meet on time. They called the following day to say they could not make the appointment after confirming they would be there.
