Frustration, frustration, frustration. It's not uncommon to have one aspect of a project not go as planned. But I should have known after the 3rd issue not to move forward. Every single time I speak with someone I was given different information, and yet 8 months later I am still getting conflicting information and have an incomplete project. I have been trying to get my entire house completed for months. They installed most of the shutters incorrectly; ruined all our window seals from the shutter installation; items were missing; motorized blind is now not working. They promised to install the rest of the shutters, but they call me the day of install that the pieces were missing. Very unprofessional! **Update
After waiting for the replacement shade, we finally made an appointment to install it. The installer showed up with the wrong shade color and left. No one has contacted us since then and we’re still waiting for the job to be completed. At this point, Beltway Blinds has had to visit our home 6 times to do this and we’re still counting. We called and they said they’ll call us back..have not heard from them since then. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent business I’ve ever deal... Read more
