            I originally left a great review, but I feel compelled to update it based on our experience. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with the service. Our order was placed in August 2023, and a year and a half later, the work remains incomplete. Despite multiple assurances and promises to "make things right," nothing has been resolved.This has been a frustrating and drawn-out process, and I can no longer recommend Beltway Blinds based on their inability to deliver on their commitments.

            James Shade was beyond phenomenal!!! Showed up just before the time which was superb, measured all the windows, went through their wide selection and really worked with us to get what we were looking for. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality, make sure you ask for James as your sales rep if are thinking about Beltway Blinds!
