Vertical Blinds to cover a 3 window sliding door are still not installed correctly even though the initial order was on May 16th. Now I'm told I have to wait 3 more weeks for them to be fixed. I actually cannot use them now.When they are finally installed correctly I am sure I will love them. Apparently this company covers such a large areathey are not able to give good service.
James Frampton was the absolute best! He came to my home and was very professional and honest about what I needed. I would highly recommend him when you are using Beltway Blinds in the Maryland area.
I had a great experience with Beltway Blinds. They were extremely professional, accommodating, and flexible. They also offered a wide range of window coverings, which was critical in my case as I had to match a single replacement blind to the existing sets that were installed by a different company more than 13 years ago. 2nd Update: evening of 26 September, received a call from Wayne of Beltway Blinds. He expressed his apologies for the technician and how the company would send someone out to clean because that behavior is unacceptable and goes against the mission and vision of the company. The next morning someone did come to remove the shoe stain (didn’t come off with a warm damp cloth) from the white banister and 20ft window seal as promised. Appreciated the quick response on rectifying this issue.
