Vertical Blinds to cover a 3 window sliding door are still not installed correctly even though the initial order was on May 16th. Now I'm told I have to wait 3 more weeks for them to be fixed. I actually cannot use them now.When they are finally installed correctly I am sure I will love them. Apparently this company covers such a large areathey are not able to give good service.

2nd Update: evening of 26 September, received a call from Wayne of Beltway Blinds. He expressed his apologies for the technician and how the company would send someone out to clean because that behavior is unacceptable and goes against the mission and vision of the company. The next morning someone did come to remove the shoe stain (didn’t come off with a warm damp cloth) from the white banister and 20ft window seal as promised. Make sure to ask very specific questions when dealing with this company. Don't get sucked into the low price trap. The sales people/measurers/installers appear to be knowledgeable and professional but there were multiple issues with the delivery of our plantation shutter order.
