They look great, but we’ve been trying for a couple months now to get them to come fix something that wasn’t installed properly and their response was “use double-sided tape.” Unacceptable for how much we spent on our window treatments. UPDATE: They came and fixed the problem, so I will increase my stars. They get one for each month we waited for them to fix it.

Still waiting for replacement blinds (they sent us the wrong ones, apparently their sales guy sold us ones that didn’t exist) and rails for the sliding glass door rollers. We submitted a report to the BBB after months of getting nowhere with them. Save your time and money. Update: it’s October now and it’s still been a back and forth on getting the replacements for the sliding glass door rollers.
