            I really enjoyed my consultation with Tim. He provided me with a thorough explanation of the products offered along with the pros and cons of each product in relation to my personal style and the esthetic of my home. I never felt pressured to make a purchase nor did I feel like I had to choose the most expensive items offered.             They look great, but we’ve been trying for a couple months now to get them to come fix something that wasn’t installed properly and their response was “use double-sided tape.” Unacceptable for how much we spent on our window treatments. UPDATE: They came and fixed the problem, so I will increase my stars. They get one for each month we waited for them to fix it.
