I really enjoyed my consultation with Tim. He provided me with a thorough explanation of the products offered along with the pros and cons of each product in relation to my personal style and the esthetic of my home. They look great, but we’ve been trying for a couple months now to get them to come fix something that wasn’t installed properly and their response was “use double-sided tape.” Unacceptable for how much we spent on our window treatments. UPDATE: They came and fixed the problem, so I will increase my stars. They get one for each month we waited for them to fix it.
