Called this morning and spoke to Sandy. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. Was able to book an appointment for later this afternoon! Tim was prompt and did not rush through our meeting. He asked questions and was able to zero in on products without overwhelming us. Had samples with him and I was able to choose what I liked. He also took measurements of all of the windows I requested. We are very impressed with the customer service and product.
