- Didnt deliver within timeframe they committed. Order placed in March and still waiting
- Didn't deliver temporary blinds as they promised

No Call/No Show
I am not retired, so I don't have all the time in the world to be sitting home waiting for no one to call or show up. My window was from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and I had to call Beltway Blinds 12 minutes before the end of my installation window.
And while I can understand that things may change "in the field", I also understand schedules as a Construction/Project Manager. When the project starts getting behind/delayed, I have to make judgment calls to keep on schedule. One of those... Read more

Very swift and easy process to purchase and have my windows treated with blinds. The install was efficient and the options/materials were plentiful.
