I would love to give five stars because the customer service and the installation was awesome. However I am giving 4 stars because our appointment time was at 7pm and we were told we had 24hrs to get the discounts being offered. Due to the late appointment time we had until midnight of that night instead. I think every customer need to have 24hrs to make the best decision without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend Beltway Blinds and we are happy that we chose them.

We ordered our blinds back in October 2022 and it has been the biggest headache. Beware, they will try to upsell you and tell you you’re getting all these amazing discounts just to get the price around what is comparable to other places. They also offered a deal that they would match other offers, and then didn’t uphold it. We got the blinds “on time” but almost every post to turn the blinds was bent.
