Beltway Blinds was a great experience as long as you don’t have an issue. Three days after installation, I contacted them repeatedly about my front window blinds. Although they said that it was the type of blinds that I ordered, my bigger issue was the run around and cavalier attitude of EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I dealt with. He told me all what I needed to know such as warranty about the blinds he is installing in my house. If I had the ability to give him 10 stars I would. That’s how much of a pleasant experience I had with him!
My installer was Hugo. He was great. Hugo came in I showed him where the blinds were going. It took him 20mins and he was done. I will always use beltway blinds. Very professional add pleasant worker. Thank you Hugo for a great job well done.
