Update: I’m not exactly sure where the disconnect happened. I really wanted to go with this company. It’s just really difficult to get in touch with anyone. I tried to hold up my end of the bargain and contacted them to make a payment. I had to keep calling and leaving messages. Beltway Blinds was a great experience as long as you don’t have an issue. Three days after installation, I contacted them repeatedly about my front window blinds.
