The time frame has been disappointing. I’m aware of material issues but the company messed up with the measurement which further delayed the completion of the project.
The consultation for Beltway Blinds was a great, positive, and timely experience. However, I've had several issues with getting the scheduling together for the window treatment installation and the tech is not on time. The first time I scheduled the appointment the tech had the wrong date. Then the actual date of the appointment, the tech called out sick, so I had to rescheule for today, and now he is over an hour and a half late for the appointment and did not call to notify. Continued product problem and changed corrective appointment time to fix with no notice.
I love my blinds but service for repair is not the best. It took them almost a year to get someone out for a 10 minute repair.
