UPDATE: After reposting this review, Beltway Blinds reached out to ask if they could replace the yellowed blinds. Since it took five visits from technicians to install these (now yellowed) blinds, I declined. However, I was impressed by the staff member's friendliness and professionalism. Maybe they have finished their growing pains. FWIW, our shutters still look terrific.
