I could rate a zero I would. This company is despicable and I feel that they are not legit. I made a grave error in soliciting them to have blind installation. I was excited about getting new blinds for the first time and to remove my paper temporary blinds, it was just for "5" windows. We ordered 4 sets of blinds from Beltway Blinds in October and initially had a great experience with the sales rep. The product itself is decent, but we have cordless blinds and after immediate installation we noted that all 4 sets of blinds click/get stuck when adjusting the slant. Not a huge deal for us because we mostly just lift them up and down. 1 set of blinds arrived broken. They ordered a replacement. No one contacted us to schedule re-install. I had to call to schedule.
