Kevin R. came to my home today and was very professional. He explained the entire process of blind installation from start to finish. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to. I'm not sure just yet if I'm going with Beltway for my blinds but if I do, it's because of Kevin. I gave four stars for Kevin's professionalism. If I decide to go with Beltway I may adjust my rating.
