            Our representative, Hugo, was extremely professional. We needed three of the blind cassettes to be replaced. While replacing them, Hugo noticed that one of the cassettes were in a different color, and a different cassette was wrinkled. He took pictures of them and reccomended to have them reordered. Very much on the customer's side while still valuing and validating Beltways Blinds excellent customer service!! Hoping he's our representative next time!!
