            Customer service was great when trying to get your business but there have been issues since installation that the technician indicated would be fixed and no one from the company is providing updates. I am doing the chasing to get things fixed. Not to mention another situation that is being investigated.

These two pros are highly skilled "measurement perfectionists," and their very competitive price quote is good for a full year (!).             My sales person Alan was friendly and explained the process in detail. Just waiting for my blinds to arrive along with the installation. UPDATE I received my blinds and 2 out of 3 were installed beautifully. The balcony blinds had a funky cut, a few were damaged, and would not close properly. HOWEVER, Beltway Blinds sent Victor to fix the issue. Victor was great!! He reinstalled the blinds and swapped out the damaged blinds with new ones.             No, these pictures are not optical illusions. The blinds are lop-sided. This is such a shame, because we know that BB are better than this. We gave them 5 stars initially, and they were deserved. 7 months later however, they get 1 star--only because the blinds look good and work properly. After a nearly 4 month wait, the first set was grossly mis-measured and didn't fit. (-1 star).
