            Sales and instal/customer service are disconnected. Sales tend to be overpromising the quality/timeline/price. Your nightmare starts the moment when the downpayment is made. The rating says all. If you don’t want to get yourself into trouble pick one with higher ratings. Stay away from them as far as you can!

            It's been over 2 months since I made the purchase. Still no real status update. Left a message requesting more information last week. Still haven't heard back.....Wow, just got a rude reply from management. Making it seem like they bent over backwards. In reality, I asked for a status update and ONE phone call. 8 days later, I still hadn't been called backed. After radio silence from customer service for 8 days, I left a one star review.
