            The process to install our blinds was pretty smooth except one of the wands for our blinds was missing on installation day. It has been 5 months and we still do NOT have our wand. I have contacted Beltway Blinds several times and keep getting the run around. Take heed if you are considering this company for your window coverings. They will treat you so nice until your installation is complete; then the good customer service disappears!
