We love the shutters we ordered, however it took forever to get them. They came out 3 times to install them and the first 2 times, they weren't the correct size. I was told the factory changed the way measurements were taken. It was kind of a pain having to remove my window treatments each time in preparation and then have to put them back up. It would have been nice if the company offered a bit of a price incentive or something for the 5 months it took to get the correct ones.
