Amazing work! This is the 2nd time they've installed for us. We love the shutters - they cut back on heating and cooling expenses and they are nice to look at.
Not sure right now. My fallen blind has been sitting on my couch for six weeks waiting for service and parts. Poor customer service so far. The solar panels don't work and drain the batteries. The installers screwed up the install and the blinds aren't aligned with the windows. Amateurs.
Terrible Service and lacks communication. I would have given them 0 stars but that was not an option. Be aware. Beltway blinds Greenbelt did not provide the correct blinds for my windows and refused to make the corrections. I requested they replace the incorrect blinds but was told by Jacob Bettleman who said he was a Customer Service Manager, they would not and were going by the order from the Sales Rep Alan Fann who incorrectly did the measurements and did not select the correct blinds for the...
