I’m giving one star because I could not give zero stars. This place is inconsiderate of peoples time. How you mess up someone order and they have to wait a month for their product and when you come to a persons home again still missing product? Now the wait continues.
Prepare to be ripped off. I needed service on my Sunsetter awing motor and they were one of the "authorized" dealers. I knew the motor was bad after talking to Sunsetter's customer service.
Beltway Blinds insisted on a $250 assessment charge (not applied to the job) to determine what I already knew. They did say that if paid it and had them do the repair for $495, they would give me a $100 "discount" on the motor (available for $435 retail from Sunsetter).

Do not use this company! Product is way overpriced for quality. A shade I purchased didn't present when hung as the swatch did - totally different look. They rudely said its not their responsibility to know how the light may change appearance. I guess that was my responsibility - me who has no knowledge of their business or product.
