I have been requested to provide detailes... I am pleased that they are concerned. This happened in the RIO section of Gaithersburg. The driver was 50 ish, caucasian, balding and several days growth on the beard. I was either the day I wrote the review of the prior day and it was mid-day.
Following one of their drivers and observed him throwing trash and a lit cigarette out of his car window. Based on that alone I would never consider use this company.
