Beltway blinds did not disappoint !!!!
Do not hesitate to do business with this company. I have nothing but a great experience from the estimator who came to the house to the customer service reps on the phone. Everyone has been polite courteous and extremely helpful. Our estimator India was fantastic and helped answered all of our questions. Looking forward to the installation.
I have been requested to provide detailes... I am pleased that they are concerned. This happened in the RIO section of Gaithersburg. The driver was 50 ish, caucasian, balding and several days growth on the beard. I was either the day I wrote the review of the prior day and it was mid-day.
Following one of their drivers and observed him throwing trash and a lit cigarette out of his car window. Based on that alone I would never consider use this company.
The new blinds look great I am pleased with the whole process with Bektway Blinds from initial consultation visit, timely turn around of blinds, and installation and professionalism of Victor. I have referred to Home Association for new blinds in rec room and to friends. Thank you so much your product and employees are excellent.
