Will never use Beltway Blinds again, make sure you read your contract with a fine tooth comb, still waiting since Nov. To get my blinds corrected, keep telling me they are going to do this or that only to be jerked around. Still waiting to get chain fixed that broke the same day installed. Salesman Jason was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and proud of the company he works for, all of his coworkers and what an amazing job they do, and of the products he was selling. He explained everything in great detail from the products, options, installation, to the price and payment options. Definitely recommend Beltway blinds.
Absolute clown show. Have come 5x now to install blinds on only three windows and have had the wrong things every single time. It has taken 4 months to get them to do what they sold us (through a landlord) and they can't get it straight. I have rarely seen such incompetence!
