Alex, Victor, and Jimmy were the best in professionalism and customer service. We had a major order (33 windows) so they had a lot to haul in and figure out. Despite some mistakes by sales and service back at the office, they made the best of the delivery and installation. Their positive attitude and willingness to make us feel better about the order being short a set is what makes them stand above and beyond the expected.

The blinds were just installed 1 hour ago. The installation team (Victor, Wimy and Allen) was awesome (professional, efficient and quick). However, my order was wrong and I received two LARGE shades instead of smaller multiple shades that I discussed as my order. I've been basically told "we can correct one part of the order but that's how you ordered the other blind". Not true. However, I soon realized, the company forgot to ship/order a part (valance).
