where do I start? not only do they not honor appointments but they do a very poor job with the installation. Three times they make appointment with me to correct the poor installation and 3 times they don't show up. I am very disappointed and I wish I never used them. I Will not recommend them to anyone. If I could give them zero star I would. I am still waiting for them to come and install the blinds that I paid so much for and also for them to correct the poor installation that they did.

Stephen was great!! The quote was expensive but they ended up giving us a discount and they had some specials running! Also, you get what you pay for! They have a lot of options and colors and they were very thorough! We are so excited for our blinds!
