My Wife and I ordered blinds from beltway blinds about 3 months ago.. the sales representative came to out home in December of 2020 he was very professional but he was New to the company only been about 3 weeks.. Our shutters installation was not complete ( need additional magnets- i was made aware. But, the service department did not follow up) and i discovered few days later that one of the shutters was install in wrong direction. Mistakes happens; I was okay it it.
