I have had a horrible experience, I ordered my blinds back in September, it is now Thanksgiving and I still don't have my blinds. I called and asked if I can have them by December, the rep laughed.I will not be returning as a customer. I'm still waiting for the blinds. If I can rate you zero stars I would. I will not be referring you to ANYBODY else.

I called the company and they sent a technician to look at it. He said a certain part is broken and since he doesn’t have it, he will report and the company will take care of it.
