I called the company and they sent a technician to look at it. He said a certain part is broken and since he doesn’t have it, he will report and the company will take care of it.             I've called repeatedly for improper closure of new installation of vertical blinds. No one has responded as yet!! Installation technicians were great & the initial sales agent/ measures. I would hate to think if there is a future issue, service would delayed or ignored🙁

            I had the worse experience with this company. I ordered blinds from them twice and both times my orders were wrong. I had to constantly miss work for them to install my blinds and the measurements were wrong. They had me wait all day for the installer and an hour before the close of the installment window, I called to see what was the hold up and I was told they would check and call me back.
