            While pricing is competitive there delivery communication is poor. While I realize many industries are suffering from delivery issues, the total lack of transparency and communication regarding delivery timetable was extremely disappointing. We would get an update that our product had been sent and were at distribution center and then nothing for 4-6 weeks.             I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company as they are completely unprofessional. I bought blinds for 4 rooms and when I scheduled installation I specifically stated that the only way the particular date given would work is if they were done by 1 otherwise we would need a different date, however they said it wouldn’t be a problem as I was the first stop.
