Jan 2022 Amendment: Emily of Beltway Blinds incorrectly measured my blinds. They were installed, after weeks of waiting, and were too short. Of course, I asked for replacements. This miscalculation cost me more weeks of waiting. I just got my correctly measured blinds install today and still no hold down brackets. Once I receive my entire and correct order, I have no intention of working with Beltway Blinds again.

RUN as far away as you can from this company. Looks like they changed their Google page and now all of their old bad reviews are gone. Ordered shutters from them in March 2021. Ordering was easy and pleasant, but one of the panels had a manufacturing error. Had to reorder (though I had to call several times to get this done, and each time they had no idea or record of my issue). Three months later they came back and the panel was too big.
