RUN as far away as you can from this company. Looks like they changed their Google page and now all of their old bad reviews are gone. Ordered shutters from them in March 2021. Ordering was easy and pleasant, but one of the panels had a manufacturing error. Had to reorder (though I had to call several times to get this done, and each time they had no idea or record of my issue). Three months later they came back and the panel was too big. I found Beltway Blinds through a Google search. They contacted me within 24 hours and came out to estimate the job the same day! Ivan showed up on time (with mask & shoe booties :-) ). After measuring 7 windows, Ivan provided us an excellent price to replace our old dingy honeycomb blinds that you can not open to see out unless you raise them, with sparkling new louver blinds that my plants will finally be able to get light without raising the whole blind! I can't wait until their installed.
