The worst customer service that I’ve ever had was with Beltway Blinds. I’m fact I would say I received zero customer service from them. Also did not get what I paid for
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered shades for 20 windows in our brand new home (new construction) in April, and installation did not happen until early july. And -- it's been awful!!! . I was shown beautiful pics of fabric wrapped cartridges at the top of the shade that sit inside the window, and what was installed looks nothing like it. It sticks out 2 inches and looks ridiculous, they aren't custom sized so there are gaps and they're installed crooked, one blind didn't even work and ... Read more
First, let me say I was totally surprise of the price. I was thinking at least $5,000. Boy was I fooled. Second, Ivan is the best. He is a gentleman, showed me everything so I could understand what was going on and wasn't just trying to make a sale. I recommend this place and ask for Ivan. He was super great!
Poor Product, Poor Service, far too high prices for what you get and they promise a lead time that they cant commit too. Don't waste your time or money. I hear they don't pay their sales people either...
