Sales and installation team are great. Post installation customer service is horrible. My blinds were installed in January with one blind cut incorrectly. It took several months to get someone to give me an update two months ago they sent a new blind and it was cut incorrectly again. This company is a nightmare in the making!!! The salesman used a hard sell tactic from the start. I conceded thinking that the workmanship would at least be quality since we are paying top dollar. Big mistake!!! The blinds, after one month are already having issues... Not closing or lifting properly. The biggest issue... They installed our plantation shutters backwards. Despite some mistakes by sales and service back at the office, they made the best of the delivery and installation.
