Despite some mistakes by sales and service back at the office, they made the best of the delivery and installation.             The blinds were just installed 1 hour ago. The installation team (Victor, Wimy and Allen) was awesome (professional, efficient and quick). However, my order was wrong and I received two LARGE shades instead of smaller multiple shades that I discussed as my order. I've been basically told "we can correct one part of the order but that's how you ordered the other blind". Not true. I'm waiting for a sales rep to call me back, but based on other reviews, I'm not hopeful. Very disappointed in the... Read more

            It’s seems that once this company gets your money customer service stops. I had an installation done, very quick and professional installation. However, I soon realized, the company forgot to ship/order a part (valance). After 3 weeks, I finally received a call after constantly calling the service department and never getting an answer, I was finally contacted to make an appointment on May 3rd.             My Wife and I ordered blinds from beltway blinds about 3 months ago.. the sales representative came to out home in December of 2020 he was very professional but he was New to the company only been about 3 weeks.. Explained to US we agreed to purchase our choice of blinds..and if for some reason color or the choice of blinds didn't work for our home.. we could just give call and they would replace them at no additional cost in 30 days.. he showed us some examples .. but he never showed Us what we...             Our shutters installation was not complete ( need additional magnets- i was made aware. But, the service department did not follow up) and i discovered few days later that one of the shutters was install in wrong direction. Mistakes happens; I was okay it it. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to actually speak with a right person. He promised to call back in 24 hours for a solution and to schedule an appointment to fix the problem.
