The blinds were just installed 1 hour ago. The installation team (Victor, Wimy and Allen) was awesome (professional, efficient and quick). However, my order was wrong and I received two LARGE shades instead of smaller multiple shades that I discussed as my order. I've been basically told "we can correct one part of the order but that's how you ordered the other blind". Not true. It’s seems that once this company gets your money customer service stops. I had an installation done, very quick and professional installation. However, I soon realized, the company forgot to ship/order a part (valance). After 3 weeks, I finally received a call after constantly calling the service department and never getting an answer, I was finally contacted to make an appointment on May 3rd. My Wife and I ordered blinds from beltway blinds about 3 months ago.. the sales representative came to out home in December of 2020 he was very professional but he was New to the company only been about 3 weeks..
