Gunnar took his time explaining the difference between the blinds, shades, and the shutters (spending over five hours with my family). He was patient and understanding. He was honest in his dealings. Due to the pandemic, he kept his mask on at all times. I had a great and stress-free consultation. Gunnar and I are family now and he's invited for Thanksgiving.
Our rep James Shade was friendly and helpful, but installation was a nightmare. Blinds in the wrong windows, didn’t bring all of the blinds with them, and had to come back multiple times to finish. Left screws and hardware in windows between visits and even after they were done.
