I can’t understand all the glowing reviews. A person advised me I would not have a good experience with Beltway Blinds and guess what? She was right!
The salesman came out on November 7, 2020 to take measurements for a set of plantation shutters for the living room and a set of blackout shades for the bedroom. Jairus is the MAN! My mom has been looking into getting shutters for her bay window and has gone to many different places. All places with the typical “sales” vibe, which is a turn off for us since we both have been in sales for over 20years. Anyways, every step of the way has been a breeze and very informative! Jairus was on time and very kind. He definitely knew what he was “selling” but didn’t make us feel pressured. We are very happy with process and can not wait for the finished product!
STAY AWAY and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I could give zero stars as that is what this company deserves for the service they provide. Imperfect Installation which took way more than 8 weeks (promised) even after a remeasure which was extremely inconvenient to schedule. Even after 8 weeks, the install was missing a part so I had to work through the scheduling hassles again!! Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid at all costs - even if you have to pay 2X the price. Our experience started in August 2020 when we ordered replacement honeycomb blinds from a sales consultant who came to our home (7 blinds total). We wanted to support local business during COVID, so went with them over a big-box. What a mistake. We were told 5-6 weeks before installation due to manufacturer backups from COVID.
