We just ordered blinds from Beltway Blinds and our design consultant was James Shade. James showed up on time and came equipped with a mask and shoe covers to walk through our home. Avoid at all cost!!! If they rectify the problem I will be willing to alter my rating, but for now, they are horrible. The issue with this company are at all levels. I have been waiting for four weeks now for three windows shades that were missing from my order. I have not heard a word from them. This is after it took nearly three months to get them installed. Jerry Poe II the representative from Beltway Blinds showed up to my home on time and provided me several different options for blinds that I were looking for. Although they did not have my color scheme that I was looking for Jerry was very professional and help me sort out other options that worked.
