Avoid at all cost!!! If they rectify the problem I will be willing to alter my rating, but for now, they are horrible. The issue with this company are at all levels. Jerry Poe II the representative from Beltway Blinds showed up to my home on time and provided me several different options for blinds that I were looking for. Although they did not have my color scheme that I was looking for Jerry was very professional and help me sort out other options that worked. Overall it was a great meeting and I will be working with this company when I’m ready to do other projects that I have lined up.
James showed up exactly on time, with a mask and booties to walk through the house, and took precise measurements of all our windows. He worked with us as we went through all of our options, and helped us price out a bunch of different shades we were curious about until we found the perfect choice for the house. Cannot wait for the install!
