            Beltway Blinds did an outstanding job from start to finish. The sales rep was on time, patient, offered suggestions, was extremely personable. She even sent a hand-written a thank you note! Two techs came back about a week later to ensure the measurements were accurate, and several weeks later, the shades were installed. Everything was done professionally, and I would recommend Beltway Blinds to anyone. Thank you for such a positive experience.

            My husband & I came across Beltway Blinds at a local home show. We needed a blackout solution for our nursery. An appointment was scheduled promptly to measure and order our blind. Edith was helpful finding the right color shade and solution for our needs. Within 3 weeks we had our custom blind installed in the nursery & it's the perfect match!

            We purchased a motorized shade from Beltway Blinds in 2023. Delivery and installation were delayed over a month, requiring repeated follow-ups. The shade worked for about a year before malfunctioning, and while customer service was friendly and responsive, the lack of a charger and ongoing technical issues have been frustrating.
