            Our rep James Shade was friendly and helpful, but installation was a nightmare. Blinds in the wrong windows, didn’t bring all of the blinds with them, and had to come back multiple times to finish. Left screws and hardware in windows between visits and even after they were done. Solid sales process, with no follow through.

            I was referred to Beltway Blinds by a friend and also heard advertisements on the radio. My experience so far has been wonderful. The design consultant Matt was on time and very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. He showed us multiple options and made us feel comfortable with our final choice.             If I could give Beltway Blinds 0 stars I would. I almost never write bad reviews but I want everyone to know DO NOT use them. The sales rep was perfectly nice and we were looking forward to using a local company. It too 9 weeks for the installation process and when they arrived today, the windows were measured incorrectly. We are still waiting on our blinds that we ordered months ago. Their customer service is rude. Overall TERRIBLE experience.
