The process of finding the correct blinds for my house was not easy but Melissa took her time with me and kept me in my budget to buy blinds. The gentlemen who came to install them were running late but someone from the office called me to tell me they would be late. And then one of the blinds didn’t fit well within the window so they created a new order for this blind and I didn’t have to pay extra for it. The new blind came in two weeks later and they installed it with no problem.

Very dishonest business practice and terrible service. Placed an order 27 April 2019 and the order still has not been fulfilled after four installation visits to home to perform piecemeal installation of the order. Thse folks came into my house and stole my blinds. When I asked them to return it they told me they had already "disposed of them." They lied about how long it would take to install new blinds (said it would be 3 weeks when in fact it was 3.5 months. The guy Charlie is not trustworthy. They do shady business. Overall satisfied; just installed today. Took 2.5 months to arrive---poor communication that really needs improvement. Installers left 4 long screws in my driveway----simply careless especially considering what I paid for these things. Getting more done but will likely not use this company. Love the shutters but don't really feel appreciated as a customer.
