They were great until installation. They left pieces of silicone and wood all over the floor and windows and did not clean it up. They said they would remove old pieces of the shutters and the alarm system and it was cheap only done. I messaged James the sales person and he said for me to call the office instead of them calling me which was clearly poor customer service. James was our salesperson that came to the house. With these times in the world he kept his social distancing and wore a mask and gloves. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. Military friendly as well. He explained what each blind was and made great recommendations to what would look best in the house based on the colors of the walls and curtains that were already installed.
