I had a good experience with the company and their folks. The product was good and installation was quick. Keep in mind I did not order anything that required a motor. My window blind purchases were fairly simple and basic. It's been 2 to 3 months since the install (as of this writing) and they look good and work fine.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Beltway Blinds did our initial full house installation in July. We immediately had many issues with shades working incorrectly and plantation shutters not installed per our order (custom trim piece that we ordered and paid for was never installed). A few replacements were made, but the others were not, and our plantation shutter trim was never ordered, so entire $1,200 shutter is sitting on our bathroom floor. Beltway Blinds were amazing to me. The rep came to my house and got straight to the point. I was super pleased with his customer service, that I had to go with Beltway Blinds. It took about 3 weeks to get the blinds as stated but once they arrived, I was contacted and there were installed quickly within the week.

Installation of motor blinds on seven skylights was ok but 500/window probably a little high priced. However one star review because 20 months later one motor stopped working and company didn’t follow through on repair. Understand outside one year warranty but ‘need to order a motor’ excuse wears out after dozens of emails and 7 weeks of back and forth.
