Very frustrating experience so far. We were told it would take 3-5 weeks and now it’s looking like it’s going to take over 8 weeks. This was very misleading. Their only response was “sorry”. When you’re spending thousands of dollars this is not an acceptable response.
Where to start.... They were pretty efficient when it came to the sales process. The guy that sells you stuff will show up on time and talk a great game. Unfortunately, everything after that was a failure. He will tell you that they need to schedule a "remeasure" within seven days. That's actually just a delay to make sure you don't cancel the contract he will pressure you into signing the same day (special "discounts" that are good for one day only). Hacks....stay away. They screwed up our order then tried to push the wrong blinds on us....and not once apologized. The installation team was nice, but sales and customer service is horrible. You will be disappointed. They collected more of a deposit than what is allowable by Maryland Home Improvement Commission. If James is your salesperson, be warned that he will not return your calls after he takes your deposit.
