Worst experience ever. After the salesman James sweet talked us we bought five large blinds. The installation took forever to happen. Once it did they forgot our valances. I have been complaining for three months with no results. James always has an excuse or just doesn’t respond. Calls to the office are useless. Run from these crooks as fast as you can. My only recourse now is a lawsuit.

Very dishonest business practice and terrible service. Placed an order 27 April 2019 and the order still has not been fulfilled after four installation visits to home to perform piecemeal installation of the order.
