            Very dishonest business practice and terrible service. Placed an order 27 April 2019 and the order still has not been fulfilled after four installation visits to home to perform piecemeal installation of the order.             Thse folks came into my house and stole my blinds. When I asked them to return it they told me they had already "disposed of them." They lied about how long it would take to install new blinds (said it would be 3 weeks when in fact it was 3.5 months. The guy Charlie is not trustworthy. They do shady business. They steal and lie and I have a complaint pending against them in court and with the better business bureau. Apparently, this is not the first time they have done this to people. Do not do ...             Overall satisfied; just installed today. Took 2.5 months to arrive---poor communication that really needs improvement. Installers left 4 long screws in my driveway----simply careless especially considering what I paid for these things. Getting more done but will likely not use this company. Love the shutters but don't really feel appreciated as a customer.

            Beltway blinds will give you great service when you are a new customer but will sell you an inferior product. I had my blinds installed and within one year there was warping at the top of the installation where the fabric is no longer adhering to the top post. They have refused to honor their so called lifetime warranty. For the past 5 months they have refused to return my calls and given me the run around.             My experience with this company has been a mixed bag. My shutters were installed in September 2018 and I love them, no issue there at all. Our sales guy Thomas was great and it was a fun experience. This issue is customer service. There was a panel missing when they were I stalled and it took 3 MONTHS to get someone to come fix it. Additionally, my wood floors were damaged during installation. It has been almost 9 months and everytime I call I'm told that I need to speak with 'Charlie' but... Read more
