Sales person over promised, poor communication from company once deposit received, exceeded the sales person time line, then the length of time it took exceeded the production managers time frame. Promised 4-6 by sales person, production extended to 6-8, actual install will be closer to 10 weeks. Company response to us was they feel they’re doing a great job.
